All customized products (including but not limited to customized wallets, belts, handbags, and other personalized leather goods), once confirmed by production, generally do not support returns or refunds unless the following situations exist:

1. The product has obvious quality defects in production (such as broken stitching, damaged leather, etc.);
2. The product does not match the customized specifications (color, size, engraving, etc.) confirmed by you;
3. The product was damaged during transportation.

1. Please contact us through official contact information within 7 natural days after receiving the product;
2. Provide clear photos of the order number and the problematic product;
3. Our customer service team will review your application within 2 working days;
4. After approval, we will arrange for reshipment, exchange, or refund (depending on the specific situation).

1. The refund will be returned to your payment account through the original payment method;
2. The refund processing time is usually 5-10 working days, and the specific arrival time is subject to your bank or payment platform;
3. The shipping fee (if any) is generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our own reasons.

If there are quality issues with the product, we prioritize providing free exchange services. The production cycle of the replacement product is the same as the original order, please be patient and wait.
