The Challenge

When we received the customer's request, we immediately held a meeting to discuss it. This is also the first time we have received such a request, and the entire company's senior management attaches great importance to it because it is the customer's trust in us

1. Initial Design

We started with a classic full-grain leather tote, establishing a solid foundation with clean lines and premium hardware for the entire product line.

2. First Upgrade

The client requested embossed logo detailing and custom silk lining. We introduced hot-stamp branding, adding a refined and professional touch to the collection.

3. Second Upgrade

To enhance visual appeal, we introduced a new color palette and a structured interior with multiple compartments, making the bags more functional and attractive.

4. Final Upgrade

After careful review, we finalized a minimalist black leather design with gold hardware and a signature debossed logo — achieving the perfect balance of elegance and durability.
